Have you heard about Newlife’s new celebrity blogger? Introducing Ted - a teddy bear on a mission to help get the equipment that disabled children need. If you haven’t seen him yet, he is the one wearing the sunglasses…
Having been sat on the Newlife filing cabinet for the last 19 years, one day Ted heard a story that made him so angry, he leapt off the cabinet to do something about it! He snuck into the CEO’s office to start his online blog (www.teamted.co.uk) and set up ‘Team Ted’. Whilst Ted writes about the stories of disabled ‘kidz’ that he hears, he is also trying to gather supporters to join Team Ted and help make a difference for disabled children. He has already proposed an idea for all Team Ted members to ‘Take Your Ted to Work Day’ and he has got loads of other great ideas to help get the specialist equipment that hundreds of disabled children desperately need.
Yet, whilst Ted takes his mission very seriously, he is also a pretty fun bear too. He has already posed in a series of photos on his blog and even starred in TWO videos now on Youtube
