WOULD YOU LIKE TO CHANGE A CHILD'S LIFE BY RUNNING IN THE LONDON MARATHON 2017?
To take part in the London Marathon you've got to be fit, courageous and up for a challenge. There is a rewarding feeling as you cross the finish line that many of us have not experienced - and if you're running for a good cause you can also feel proud that your hard work has helped to change lives.
Following the success of participants in 2016 Newlife Foundation for Disabled Children is looking for more brave people who are up for the challenge of running in the London Marathon, 2017. Whether you are a yearly contender or a first timer Newlife would like your help to raise funds and ‘change a child's life'.
We have all just seen the amazing efforts of over 39,000 participants in the London Marathon 2016. Two of those people were brothers Tom and Jack Kay who ran for Newlife.
Tom Kay said: "I would recommend it to anyone, it is an incredible experience. The atmosphere and support from the crowd from start to finish gives you such a rush and they just sweep you along at times. It is a long way to run but the pain and effort is totally worth it, just to experience the euphoria of crossing the finish line and knowing that you've done it for an amazing charity like Newlife."
If you decide that you would like to run for Newlife you can either use the funds to change a child's life throughout the UK or you can chose to have the funds raised restricted to help a child/children within your county.
